These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services (the “Services”) provided by Catapult, a brand operated by DUŠAN RADOŠEVIĆ PR DR SOFT 2025 — a sole proprietor (preduzetnik) registered in the Republic of Serbia (Tax ID/PIB 114902918, Reg. No./MB 67941748), registered address Balkanska 40, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia (“Catapult”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Catapult provides software development services and software products, including AI-accelerated build services and AI-enabled tools. Specific deliverables, scope, and pricing for custom engagements are set out in a separate proposal or order.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

3. Payments, subscriptions & billing

• Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Creem. By purchasing, you also agree to Creem’s applicable terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may be exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Fees are payable in advance and, except where required by law or expressly stated, are non-refundable.

4. Refunds & cancellation

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within 14 days of the charge at [email protected]. Refunds for digital products and services already delivered or consumed are at our reasonable discretion and subject to applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Services — in particular any AI-enabled tools — is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and Services, excluding your content, are owned by Catapult and protected by applicable law. You retain rights in content you submit; you grant us the limited licence needed to operate and provide the Services to you.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed by you before reliance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catapult shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the Services or comply with law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Serbia, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
