The story
Most habit apps count streaks; none of them actually coach. CoachPilot talks to you like a real coach with full memory of everything you have ever told it — habit stats, task progress, struggle patterns, past conversations it can search on demand. It nudges at the right moment, follows up on commitments, and takes voice messages hands-free.
It is a complete product, not a wrapper: NestJS + PostgreSQL backend, Next.js web app, and a native iOS app shipped through TestFlight, all wired to CI/CD. The most unusual part is that the app maintains itself — the coach can file bug reports about its own behavior, and an autonomous AI agent then fixes, tests, and deploys the correction to production with no human in the loop.
